However it will take at least 9 months to fix election laws, so no special elections, until after the laws are fixed.

How many Americans will have zero representation, while government expands it's power?

Who is left to approve and implement the new voting laws?

Is it valid when many states, therefore citizens, are not represented?

I think it's going to get very bad for American citizens, before any good can come, if it is done this way.
