This happened to my neck and back twice in the last 2 weeks. China dust causes the raised spots and scratches. It is a bio-weapon from Wuhan gain of function that is derived from beetle larva and is infused with some of the most toxic bacteria known coming through its food source, bat dung. This is why the Chinese have been seen collecting bat droppings and why they needed bats in Wuhan, as an incubation source. As the scratches are pulled out or come off, they are either a sandy color or a bleached white because of admixture with cyanide. It is the cyanide that melts blood vessels which causes the pink, purple, maroon, brown, and black areas as the tissue dies or coagulates. The pain mainly comes from the cyanide, but the bacteria causes a putrid sepsis feeling. This is what Fauci created in Wuhan with Obama and the CCP for the cabal. The larva is what you call a spike protein, and was put into vaccines originally and boosters. In essence, it is like growing a toxic bacteria infused beetle shell on your tissue, that can fossilize or incubate when introduced to living tissue.
