The best part for some Marines, they will not have to fly or float half way around the world to do as they are trained.
They will not need any Navy to get to their destination.
The enemy they floated and flew to fight, is now on our home soil, so they can be back at home base every night.

I agree, hope you are right, but I don't think that's going to happen sans temporary victories.
Wars will increase as long as America act's on taking countries or their leaders, internationally recognized 12 mile economic zone coastal water, and resources by military threat and might.
I know many here believe it will be clean, I do not.
Biblically speaking, many nations will rise against America and Israel.
That was the reason for stating in previous post that the Marines will be fighting enemies here, because we let them in, and as wars break out, factions in America will rise.
