US v Texas was the case where Obama had ordered Customs not to enforce existing federal border laws.

The southern border states indicated they would have their state police enforce the law and stop the flood of illegals.

Obama+Clinton sued the states attempting to prevent the sovereign states from enforcing existing federal law.

Had Scalia lived, his 5-4 swing vote would have meant all border states could protect their borders against illegals, even if the federales chose not to.

Since flooding America with illegals was a crucial part of the Deep-State plan for destroying America, and the states being allowed to defend the border would defeat that, Obama+Clinton had Scalia killed.
