Darpa was developing Building 8. Im not sure if this is where the MK ultra stuff is based out of or what. Augmented Reality, brain neuroscience.. and supporting "hardware" or wireless phones/wireless tech, possible frequency tech.. mind control.. mind/mood/reality control.

Facebook (4/14/2016-early 2018 but announced in Oct 2017)

In late march, April of 2016, Head at Darpa Regina Dugan, quit "Advanced Technology and Projects group, a skunkworks-inspired team chartered to deliver breakthrough innovations for the company" (formerly MOTOROLA) Facebook's newest endeavor (Building 8) which was just announced. *dates unless exact are rough timeframes do to skimming for time frames and came up in easy sauze dates.

What is to know about her, she worked for Darpa, Google's Advanced Technology and Projects, and then Facebook's new (Building 8).

They control minds, they shape reality. They can sensor content, but I'm sure it goes way deep. Neuroscience deep.

Part 5. Control/Manipulation/Propaganda

H.R.5181 - Countering Foreign Propaganda and Disinformation Act of 2016

So we know from previous articles that Facebook was already developing products/techniques over population CONTROL before (Building 8) came along officially, but when it was introduced is when Darpa/Facebook went to work.

So Building 8 was "officially launched" in April of 2016, from the article I post they were already in a working mode unofficially in november of 2013 and likely before that, I personally believe this "thought control" was started and being worked on as early as 2011 but have no sauze on that, just going off of what articles I have read on it and knowing the general reason for (Building 8) to have put together.. it all clicks/messes very well. In 2012 there was confirmed studies being done on people. This all plays into the HR-5181 which is the legalization of propaganda and weaponizing of the social media platforms. All this i am posting is the lead up to it.. the backstory and development of the actual hardware and techincial knowhow to do it so they could implement it.

Sauze on claims posted, gotta run some errands and will be back on posting the rest. Very difficult medium to get a report out on..
