Prescription. If I created it I'd be arrested, and the dental industry won't release it because that's how they make money. And they buried all the research on what minerals are in your saliva. Sounds ludicrous, but I searched and searched and couldn't find a single one. They'll mention core elements like magnesium, but unless the average persons jaw blows off every time they salivate that's not too helpful.
Already fell victim to that from a burger king in Ohio.

Fluoride is toxic, and not helpful for your teeth.
But since people still worship medical doctors replacing sodium ion with a fluoride ion (if I remember my research correctly) is doing nothing but making your teeth harder to heal and easier to break. Dentistry is a bigger scam than medicine because even people who are suspicious of modern medicine don't question dentistry. Just look at how long mercury fillings were being done.
