Men go out and murder people too, but usually not their own kids (but some do).
This case seems rather to point to a cultural failure.
This woman seems not to have absorbed the idea that certain things (murdering your kids) are just abhorent and morally forbidden, even if you are having a bad day and literally everyone seems to have totally fucked you.
