We are being robbed. Walmart digital price tags show the the cost per ounce of an item, and then price of the item
But if you actually do the math, the price is wrong and there are charging us more
Take Great Value ground black pepper:
-
Charged price: $3.58
-
Stated unit price is 89.5 cents per ounce
-
Stated weight is 3 ounces
Hereโs the math check:
Expected price: 3 times 0.895 = 2.685 โ $2.69 or $2.70 if they round up
Walmart is selling this item for $3.58 on the shelf but it should only be $2.70
So $3.58 โ $2.70 means they are stealing $0.88 from every customer

Water.
now talk about how meat prices will go up even more due to ground water use from data centers. ranchers who rely on wells to water their cattle will have no water. the high beef prices are caused in part on drought conditions.

[some] women.
the internet age is brainwashing everyone into believing the crazy minorities are either a majority or a significant portion of the population. everyone is existing in their internet bubbles, passing around outrage from what they believe is mainstream. it is not. "normal" is not saleable, clickable, interesting or emotionally engaging.
