Monarch Chrysalis Update: All 3 of my babies chrysalized on a milkweed leaf so I have waited 48 hours for them to harden. I then added tape to part of the leaf (cut the rest of leaf off and then pinned them to the top of the mesh enclosure. Now the waiting game plays out. They are usually in this stage 10 to 14 days before eclosing.
