“Other states, they will have same-day registrants use what's called a provisional ballot. And so they cast their vote, but it's set off aside, and it's not actually added into the mix until their registration has been verified. Minnesota doesn't have that”
Minnesota puts those ballots from same day registration into the mix to be counted with NO CHECKS. They allow vouching, same day registration, and it’s immediately counted.
