It was a direct reply/quote-post of a message from former U.S. National Security Advisor General Michael Flynn (@GenFlynn).
Flynn had written that globalists were using the Ukraine conflict to colonize Ukraine in order to destroy Russia and seize its resources, while also waging a cultural war in the United States, and called for stopping the rise of globalism.

Russian outlets (Izvestia, Argumenty i Fakty, etc.) reported the same statement the same day, translating it as “Globalism is becoming more and more Satanic” / “Глобализм становится всё более сатанистским” and noting it was his comment on Flynn’s post.
They also added the standard Russian legal disclaimer that the international Satanism movement is recognized as extremist and banned in Russia.
