Look up what model it is.
Look up the typical cruising speed and altitude, and the maximum.
I don't think any passenger planes fly much above 40,000 +/-. The Gulfstreams and fast military jets will fly at 42,500 occasionally. You will see the Global Hawk drones flying at 50,000.
Think. Transponder error? Database error? Web server data error? This plane is NOT flying at 122,500'.

No. This is impossible. Conventional planes cannot and do not fly at such high altitudes. Period.
