He compared banning Flock cameras to banning cars. Saying instead of banning cars because of risks the US created safety laws.
He says if you focus on just privacy or 'safety' you are missing the point, saying there should be a balance. He argues the tech is necessary for police to solve crimes and protect the community.

Judge SMACKS DOWN Maryland Gov Wes Moore & Hakeem Jeffries’ Plan to Make It Easier to Flip the State’s Last GOP House Seat
Maryland sends eight people to the U.S. House. Seven are Democrats. The only Republican is Andy Harris, whose district covers the entire Eastern Shore.
Gov. Wes Moore & Hakeem Jeffries passed a constitutional amendment and wanted to put it on the November 2026 ballot. If voters approved it, it would have given lawmakers the ability to redraw the map after this year’s elections, for use starting in 2028, and that would effectively eliminated the only GOP House seat
The judge ruled they missed their own legal deadlines, used misleading language, and combined two separate issues in one amendment.
The ruling is paused while Democrats appeal to the state Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court of Maryland has 5 Republican appointed judges vs. 2 Democrat judges.
The most probable result is that the Supreme Court of Maryland affirms the circuit court and this dumb shit stays off the 2026 ballot.
