Brandon Scott Massey admitted in court to coercing at least five minors to engage in sexually explicit conduct over social media. According to court records, in April 2025, the FBI began investigating allegations that Massey had solicited photographs of a minor while posing as a teenage boy in a Facebook group. During the investigation, agents discovered that Massey had joined many Facebook groups intended for teenagers and used the platform to solicit sexually explicit images from minor girls.
