I can think of a lot more possibilities with larp being the second best possibility, legit being the first. Things like gathering future online volunteer campaigners and pacifier and distraction.
But look at the crowds recent reaction to when the POTUS says 17 over and over again. Near silence. Perhaps a signal boost was needed? The next time the POTUS says 17, makes some noise pls.
