This is fake news. Never take a "proud socialist"s word over an actual grand jury's findings. The grand jury's findings, if you'll take the time to read it, stated that the prosecution had not provided enough evidence of wrongdoing to rise to the level of a chargeable crime. The GJ did state that many questionable (my paraphrase) actions took place, but no one action nor individual could be linked to enough evidence to bring an indictment.

Is the source of this disinfo actually a leaker, or a defamer? Bearing false witness is a bad idea. The grand jury disagreed with the "leaker."
