warsh will lower rates not because of inflation lessening or because the market needs it (though that too will be the narrative). what it will really be will be that the us market is the best and we have the best long term metrics, therefore our country's debt rates should be cheap as fuck. take all that debt and refi on the lower rates. blast off.
