That God is smarter than me (an you) is the understatement of all understatements.

The idea that life is a dog and pony show is exactly what Satan wants us to believe. We don't live in a Matrix, we live in God's Creation.

Difference being:

Matrix = man-made/demon-made world ruled by Satan

Creation = God-made world, ultimately ruled by God.

Satan may appear to rule the earth, but it's a temporary and ultimately impotent control. He knows it, and intends to take as many souls as he can with him into the pit before the Day of Wrath.

You've been led to believe the lie. The lie is that one must travel up the mountain in the first place. The truth is that the ONE TRUE GOD came DOWN the mountain, lived the perfect life we could not hope to achieve, exchanged our sins for His righteousness, died in our place and rose again as the ultimate proof that He, Jesus, is the ruler over all life and has the power of salvation for those who believe.
