Maybe most efficient way to effect mass re-immigration is to conquer a piece of their part of the world, or their home country, and dump everyone off there. And in a hundred years they'll build a great country like what happened with Australia right?
If someone did that to one of my pets it'd be like losing a human family member. Plenty of people out there would kill someone to protect their dog for instance.
