That internal 'voice' which draws your attention to things which bother you is actually a fantastic tool for recognizing areas you need to work on. Of course, this requires an earnest commitment to self improvement, and the ability to discern what exactly it is that bothers you. It can be pretty counter-intuitive sometimes. Your subconscious mind doesn't conform to polite sensibilities, unless you've cultivated such a personality.
Not a fan of how celebrities get treated in general. The Diana incident was really the peak of the insanity. If there's a silver lining to all of the bullshit these past ~20 years, it's that everyone is having to confront some of the same issues on a personal level. Hopefully things heal in such a way that western society develops more empathy for those in the limelight.
It's easy to believe all kinds of things if you let your imagination run wild, and certain individuals are more than happy to encourage you.
Hardly an ideal outcome. Despite the pitfalls, religion exists because there actually is something real which can't be ignored. These events occur because people forget that core truth and try to move on by either keeping the form only, or discarding everything. Neither solution works, and humanity declines until it is rediscovered.
