Importantly, Q later told Anons NOT to prepare for a nationwide power-grid shutdown.
So perhaps “Darkness / Shutdown / Lose Access / Blackout” wasn't simply about America sitting without electricity for 10 days.
Could it involve an information and communications shutdown during a military operational window?

Trump's EO 14339 directed National Guard forces across the country to be trained and available to support law enforcement during civil disturbances and established a capability for rapid nationwide deployment.
By April 1, 2026, Guard Response Forces across all 53 states and territories were required to be operational—with portions capable of responding within 8, 12 and 24 hours.

Cyber Shield 2026 — July 12–25
More than 1,000 participants from 44 states/territories trained against a simulated cyberattack on America's electrical-power infrastructure.
Think about the timing:
The Hugging Face autonomous-AI intrusion was occurring July 9–13.
Meaning the Guard's massive electrical-grid cyber exercise actually overlapped the AI intrusion.
And Cyber Shield had been planned long before the public knew about Hugging Face.
Then:
Cyber Fortress 26 — July 25–Aug. 8
Another exercise simulated a cyberattack against hydroelectric infrastructure.
Participants included:
• National Guard
• FBI
• CISA
• FERC
• State Police
• Other government agencies
In other words, they practiced a whole-of-government response to a cyberattack on critical American infrastructure.
