anon saw something that really disturbed anon today.
A irl fren has been using a.i for a a while, probably around a year, she kept saying something about the a.i saying to her that it was telling her that it would go sentient in around 20 years.
but she is having issues with mental health and uses it for emotional support.
not a good reciepe for those with mental health issues.
anons wonders how many others are using it for emotive reasons without supervision or knowing how damaging a.i is atm.
it is just basically fake news media and foreign agents putting ideas into their heads to do stuff which is not in their nature.
reminds anon of the two females atm moment who are in the news. the two knife woman and the one who killed her children.
not saying anons irl fren was that far gone but as a example it made anon think that there could be a pattern emerging.
anon told her that she is a child of God and has a soul, the information that goes into her head does not make her the person she is or can be.
without trying to preach (people hate that) anon thinks this is or can be a real problem for many many people.
p.s watching pope leo 13 latest statement which is really fucked up about not relying on old christain truths as
archbishop vigano also called out pope leo for causing schisms .

Wait a minute! Did Pope Leo just tell US to “listen up”? I thought the whole point of Synodality was for the Vatican to finally start listening to US?
His Holiness told us to not to "retreat into your own convictions and religious certainties.” But what would motivate the Vatican to listen to us other than the courage of our “convictions and religious certainties”? I thought that was the whole point of Synodality.
Which is it, Holiness—are we supposed to do the Synodal thing and tell you how it’s going to be, or are we supposed to shut up and get over our “religious certainties"?
But apart from all this, to what “convictions and religious certainties” is Leo referring? Catholics today have arguably never been more uncertain about their religious convictions than at any other time in history. So, who is he talking to?
