You heard it here first.

The reason PA governor Shapiro is pushing the false measles narrative is to get support for a County Health Department. The first whispers of creating a county board of health have been in backrooms, with one recent slip to local news coverage.

The board of health will not be about health, But to get these pesky plain people with their natural earned immunities, onto subscription medicine.

One of the touted ‘measles cases’ was a newborn that did not have measles, only measles antibodies — which it may have gotten from its naturally immunized mother through breast milk. But it never had measles. The other case may not have existed at all.

In Lancaster county, there are still private practice doctors and pay as you go clinics that are outside any insurance network. And they still do house calls. Some of them are functional medicine and some practice conventional medicine but are pay as you go. Which ends up being cheaper than insurance-dependent practices.

These alternatives are not all alike, but they aren’t ’alternative medicine’. Though you can find that too. They are staffed with Licensed doctors and nurses who have different visions for medicine. House calls you say.

Yes house calls.

After Covid, many ‘English’ started going to these practices and clinics too, rather than a networked practice. And there are more of them, 5 years later, catering to the patient rather than the dictates of insurance companies. A major new clinic center with hospital privileges is currently under construction in northern Lancaster county.

This is what you can do when you are a community that pools its resources together, buys land, establishes a board of directors, and which contains trained experts at dealing with zoning, permits, inspections, and construction.

With the alternatives to the big med-pharma-insurance practices firmly established in the county and now expanding, only a county board of health will keep them in check and on the same industrial playbook.

While the ‘two measles’ narrative is falling apart currently, the goal is to create a county board of health to control these private practices and privately owned clinics. So there will be more ‘created causes’ and ‘anti-Amish’ narratives until the public opinion demands a board of health to save them from backward ideas like healing, house calls, paying less than insurance, natural immunity, functional medicine and doctors who care more about the patient than the pay.
