We need these failing businesses to survive and thrive, because they are the only ones that can build our way out of our worsening housing crisis.

And unfortunately, our governments are only making things harder for them, by taxing them, and their potential customers, to their eyeballs.

There’s GST, developer contributions, windfall gains tax and betterment levies. There’s stamp duty, capital gains tax, foreign investor surcharges, land tax, council rates, income tax on rental revenue and even absence or vacancy taxes.

Zionist fraudster Frank Schiefler, who works for Antisemitism Envoy Jillian Segal, is a Liberal Party candidate in Victoria

Frank Schiefler, who refuses to answer questions about his background and works for Antisemitism Envoy Jillian Segal, is the Liberal Party candidate for the seat of Hastings in the Victorian state election to be held on the 28th of November 2026.

The entire scam has Jillian Segal’s fingerprints all over it. Why is Segal allowing one of her staff to run as a Liberal Party candidate? Did Segal organise Frank Schiefler’s candidacy via her political connections? Have any federal government resources been used for Frank Schiefler’s Victorian election campaign?

I emailed Frank Schiefler and the Liberal Party some questions about Frank Schiefler and his work history, and the only thing he did was to have a Jewish website take down an audio recording of Mr Schiefler confirming he works with Jillian Segal and previously worked for Dominic Perrottet when he was NSW Premier.

Sounds like a good resume, but it’s not.

Jillian Segal has been exposed as a compulsive liar and fraudster pushing the fake IHRA definition of antisemitism, which Justice Fagan dismantled in a recent NSW Supreme Court judgment. As it turns out, Frank Schiefler’s full-time job is promoting the IHRA scam for Jillian Segal’s office.

And Dominic Perrottet’s brothers Charles and Jean-Claude are currently under investigation in the livestreamed hearings of the NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption (NSW ICAC) for Operation Rosny.

Operation Rosny is about branch stacking and illegal donations in the Liberal Party, which seems similar to how Frank Schiefler was parachuted into the Victorian seat of Hastings.

On the 31st of March 2026, Steve Holland posted on “X”:

The Victorian Liberal Party state executive met tonight to select their Hastings electorate candidate. Staffer and Moderate faction/Phil Davis ally Frank Schiefler was chosen to take on Paul Mercurio in November. Local party members were again denied a vote, some have resigned in protest. It says, “Local party members were again denied a vote”, which means he was parachuted into the seat. I wonder who drove that? Did Jillian Segal give him a reference?

On the 1st of April, it was reported that Frank Schiefler had been chosen as the Liberal Party candidate. But the report said little about his background except that he served in the Australian Army and has worked with senior Liberal figures in advisory roles.

Supreme Court: The Great Sanhedrin of 71 Members

The Jewish supreme court was called the Sanhedrin (“Council”) or Sanhedrin ha-Gadol (“the Great Council”) and consisted of 71 rabbis.

Why 71? G‑d told Moses, “Gather for Me 70 men from the elders of Israel.” Moses presided over them, as the verse continues, “And they shall stand there with you.”1 Thus, the 70 judges plus Moses equals 71.

Once Moses passed away, the judge with the greatest knowledge was appointed in his stead. Called the nasi, he would sit at the head of the court. To his right sat the av bet din (patron of the court), the second greatest judge, who was appointed as the nasi’s assistant. The remaining 69 would sit before them, arranged according to age and stature. The wiser the judge, the closer he would be seated to the nasi.2

The Sanhedrin was always located close to the Tabernacle or the Temple. In Moses’ time it was near the entrance to the Tabernacle; in later times it was seated in a special chamber in the Temple compound. Toward the end of the Second Temple era, it convened in other locations in the Holy Land and continued to function in an ever-decreasing capacity until approximately the 5th century.

Any laws and takanot (decrees) issued by the Sanhedrin were binding on the entire Jewish nation. Although lower courts consisting of 23 judges could try capital cases, only the Sanhedrin had authority over cases involving the king, capital crimes committed by the high priest, or crimes committed by an entire tribe or city.

Powers exclusive to the high court also included:3

Crowning a king.

Authorizing “voluntary” wars (milchemet hareshut), such as wars for the sake of expanding the country’s borders.

Expanding holy sites, such as Jerusalem and the courtyard of the Holy Temple.

Appointing lesser courts of 23 judges.

Additionally, since the Sanhedrin was required to hear all testimony directly, rather than through an interpreter, it was preferable that its members be familiar with every language spoken by Jews around the world. When a foreign language was used in testimony, the Sanhedrin had to have at least two members who spoke that language to examine the witnesses, and a third member who at least understood the language.4

Unlike modern-day supreme courts, the Sanhedrin was not an “appeals court” in the sense that a litigant could appeal a verdict. However, if a lower court was unsure of how to rule, it could refer the case to a higher court.
