President Donald Trump's Aug 28 NASA speech about launching a "massive American Starfleet" using nuclear-powered spacecraft reveals much more than plans to launch the first nuclear craft to Mars by 2028. The announcement shows that Trump is working with military White Hats who want to reveal much of the secret military infrastructure acquired over decades of secret space programs.

Unveiling this secret military infrastructure as something new associated with the US Space Force, Space Command, Space Academy, American Starfleet, etc. will avoid awkward questions about when the tech was first developed and deployed.
