This is what I found out after translating them.
Soviet-Latvian aerospace engineer Valerijs Černohajev draws disc-shaped vehicles, proposes arrangements of solenoids inside those vehicles, discusses the material requirements of those solenoids, calculates magnetic fields and electrical currents, discusses superconductors, plasma, proposed methods of generating extraordinarily large electromagnetic fields and attempts to connect these systems to gravitation.
