21 bombs planted at an electricity grid in Saxony were defused by German police.
German police said on Friday they were searching for a man who sent letters claiming responsibility for a series of sabotage attacks on the power grid after they found explosives at his home.

The German state of Lower Saxony, Rafael Advanced Defense Systems and Aurelius Capital have signed a letter of intent to purchase Volkswagen’s Osnabrück plant, allowing the Israeli defense company to establish production of Iron Dome components in Germany.
While the Iron Dome’s Tamir interceptor itself will not be manufactured there, military vehicles, launchers, generators, and other equipment will be.

Over the weekend, The King and Queen attended the Braemar Gathering at the Princess Royal and Duke of Fife Memorial Park in Aberdeenshire.
🥃 Held on the first Saturday of September every year, the Gathering features events including tug-of-war, caber toss, hammer throw, Highland dancing and a parade of pipe bands.
