smirkn' griswald

Wow she is bold til the dirty end.

Jena Griswold (often misspelled “Griswald”) is an American attorney and Democratic politician. She is Colorado’s 39th Secretary of State, a position she has held since January 8, 2019. She was first elected in 2018 (defeating Republican incumbent Wayne Williams) and reelected in 2022. At the time of her initial election she was the youngest Secretary of State in the United States.

en.wikipedia.org

She is currently the Democratic nominee for Colorado Attorney General in the November 2026 general election (the office is open because incumbent Phil Weiser is term-limited and running for governor). Her term as Secretary of State ends in January 2027.

ballotpedia.org

BackgroundGriswold was born October 2, 1984, in Toledo, Ohio, and moved to Estes Park, Colorado, at age 10. She describes growing up in a working-class family and being the first in her family to attend a four-year college. She graduated from Estes Park High School, earned a B.A. in politics and Spanish literature (magna cum laude) from Whitman College in 2006, and received a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2011. She is fluent in Spanish.

Before entering statewide office she practiced international anti-corruption law in Washington, D.C., worked as a voter-protection attorney, served as Director of then-Governor John Hickenlooper’s D.C. office (helping secure flood-relief funding after the 2013 Colorado floods), and ran a small consulting business.

Role as Secretary of StateThe office oversees elections, business filings, and related functions. Griswold has emphasized election security, voter access, and reducing barriers for small businesses. She has been a high-profile figure in national debates over election administration, including Colorado’s attempt to keep Donald Trump off the 2024 presidential ballot (the U.S. Supreme Court later ruled 9–0 against the state’s position) and subsequent disputes over voter data requests. She has also faced criticism from opponents over data-handling incidents and questions about the depth of her litigation experience.

She lives in Louisville, Colorado, and has a young son.

In short, she is a two-term statewide elected official whose current focus is the 2026 Attorney General race.

Official story still standing regardless… hmmp?

Tina Peters, the Republican Mesa County Clerk and Recorder, was convicted in 2024 of facilitating unauthorized access to her county’s Dominion voting equipment in May 2021. The case became a flashpoint in post-2020 election disputes. Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold played a central official role in the state’s response.

apnews.com

What happenedAfter the 2020 election, Peters aligned with figures promoting claims that the results were fraudulent, including associates of MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell. In May 2021, during a scheduled “trusted build” software update on Mesa County’s machines, she allowed an unauthorized person (Conan Hayes, linked to Lindell) into the secure process. She used another person’s security badge, misrepresented the visitor as a county employee, and had surveillance cameras turned off. Hard-drive images were copied before and after the update; passwords and images later appeared online at a Lindell event.

en.wikipedia.org

Prosecutors said the purpose was to search for evidence of 2020 vote manipulation. No such evidence that withstood legal scrutiny emerged. Dominion and state officials discovered the breach; the equipment was decertified and replaced at a cost of more than $1 million to the county.

Peters and her supporters argued

she was a whistleblower preserving records that a software update might overwrite, and that the prosecution was political. A Mesa County district attorney review of her later fraud claims found no supporting evidence of tampering.

apnews.com

Griswold’s actionsAs Colorado’s chief election official, Griswold’s office received the alert, ordered an inspection, restricted further access, and decertified the compromised machines. She then sued to bar Peters from overseeing the 2021 and 2022 elections. A judge agreed, finding Peters and her deputy unable or unwilling to perform their duties properly, and appointed a replacement. Griswold’s office also assisted the criminal investigation.

seattletimes.com

She has repeatedly described the episode as an “insider threat” and an attempt “to prove Trump’s Big Lie.” She opposed any release of Peters, calling Governor Jared Polis’s 2026 commutation a validation of election denial that would “leave a dark, dangerous imprint on American democracy.”

nytimes.com

Legal outcomeA Mesa County grand jury (in a Republican-leaning county) indicted Peters in 2022. Republican District Attorney Dan Rubinstein prosecuted the case jointly with the state Attorney General’s office. In August 2024 a local jury convicted her on seven of ten counts, including three felonies for attempting to influence a public servant and conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation, plus official misconduct, violation of duty, and failing to comply with the Secretary of State. She was acquitted on identity-theft and some impersonation counts.

cpr.org

In October 2024 she received a nine-year sentence. The judge called her a “charlatan” who abused her office. An appeals court in April 2026 upheld the convictions but vacated the sentence, ruling the trial judge improperly considered her protected speech about 2020 election claims. In May 2026 Polis commuted the remaining sentence; she was released around June 1. Trump publicly supported her and claimed (incorrectly, as it was a state conviction) to have pardoned her. The commutation drew sharp criticism from Griswold and other Democrats; the Colorado Democratic Party later censured Polis.

apnews.com

The core dispute remains: Peters’ side frames it as retaliation against someone who tried to audit 2020 results; the official and judicial record treats it as a security breach carried out through deception that produced no proven fraud and required expensive remediation. Griswold’s public stance has been consistently that Peters broke the law to advance a false narrative.

"Josh" = Josh Harris

"We Live in Public" i.e. "Quiet" project

When the documentary movie was shown at the Museum of Modern Art NYC (i.e. Rockefeller institution) Harris staged a attack against himself (since he felt it was appropriate and he figured the worshiping crowd would never have the balls - or so he charged, claimed at the time; when people figured out the attack was an actor i.e. staged)

And he also told the audience at the end (q and a after docu was shown)

"You are all going to end up like Purdue chickens"

The scale of the Towers was such that the balcony appeared minuscule. Heli didn't get that close.

There's photos of the paricipants. If anyone could get a hold of their Limited Edition Art catalog that would be great.

Early experiment on internet mutual surveillance/ affects of internet mutual surveillance.

At the end people crashed out; "nervous breakdowns" "violence"

A test.

Harris said "Everything is free, food etc, lodging,,,, but what we get it the film (record).

He was too disturbed by the end to collect his own info for a presentation? So tht was done by an indie docu film maker

The project was busted on the night of the new millinium i.e. The New Year's Eve of the year 2000

They had a shooting range.

January 1, 2000 (New Year’s Day 2000).

en.m.wikipedia.org

Josh Harris’s “Quiet: We Live in Public” art/social experiment—in which roughly 100 people lived in a camera-wired underground bunker/warehouse in Manhattan with communal facilities, pods, a shooting range, and 24/7 surveillance—ran through December 1999 and was raided and shut down that morning. Sources describing the documentary We Live in Public and contemporaneous accounts consistently date the intervention to New Year’s Day 2000. Authorities involved included the NYPD (sometimes with FDNY, FEMA, and a SWAT team); it was treated in part as a possible millennial cult or safety/firearms issue.

It was busted on New Year's Eve, which seems a bit of an occult holiday? In a special year. The supposed turning of the millennium

Notice Millenial Hilton overlooking the Trade Tower complex was built on the model of the monolith, Kubrick , wizard Clarke, story of advanced AI , interplanetary travel,

The deeper story of the E team has not been told or remembered or dug on much, since it's the domain of the moojoos who want it to be all about "da jews" I think Josh was Jewish, but more pertinent; he was open and stated publicly that his Dad was CIA

the E art crew were scandanavians of some kind.

Which fails to enforce the narrative of the jew haters who constantly claim promote that the job was done by Israel
