President Trump Signs Order Extending National Security Emergency Order On Election Integrity to Prevent the Rigging of the 2026 Midterms By Foreign and Domestic Enemies

Last week, on August 31, 2026, President Trump signed an Executive Order which extended the 2018 Executive Order: “Continuation of the National Emergency with Respect to Foreign Interference in or Undermining Public Confidence in the United States Elections.” It reads in part:

Foreign powers have historically sought to exploit America’s free and open political system. In recent years, the proliferation of digital devices and internet-based communications has created significant vulnerabilities and magnified the scope and intensity of the threat of foreign interference. The ability of persons located, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States to interfere in or undermine public confidence in United States elections, including through the unauthorized accessing of election and campaign infrastructure or the covert distribution of propaganda and disinformation, continues to pose an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States. For this reason, the national emergency declared on September 12, 2018, must continue in effect beyond September 12, 2026. Therefore, in accordance with section 202(d) of the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1622(d)), I am continuing for 1 year the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13848 with respect to the threat of foreign interference in or undermining public confidence in United States elections.

The White House quietly filed in the Federal Register the extension of the National Security Emergency Declaration to preserve election integrity, without the fanfare of a White House Press Office statement. However, fanfare or not, President Trump has invoked the powers of the presidency that are likely to withstand the howls of the Democratic Party and their socialist controllers, boosted by a leftist-controlled media.

Viewed by the press as a reckless bully, McCarthy was censured by the U.S. Senate, demonized for exploiting the post-war “Red Scare,” and died at the age of 48 at Bethesda Naval Hospital on May 2, 1957, after struggling unsuccessfully with alcoholism. The haunting reality remains that McCarthy turned out to be right about his concern that Communists would subvert U.S. institutions such as the family, remove God from the public square, intensify America’s racial conflicts, and portray the USA as a nation founded by slave holders determined to retain their social and economic privileges despite the Civil War-era Thirteenth and Fourteenth Amendments freeing enslaved people.

At this juncture, the Democrat Party has been overtaken by the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), which was founded in 1982. As a result, the Communists and radical Islamic Jihadists are leading the once great Democratic Party into oblivion. With Abdul El-Sayed winning the Democratic nomination for Senate in Michigan. Antisemitic cries resound through Globalist enclaves across America. Ilhan Omar is under Department of Justice scrutiny, and the “Green New Deal” advocate Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez rivals Kamala Harris for the 2028 Democratic Party presidential nomination. The Brookings Institute has identified 282 candidates for state and local elections endorsed by local DSA chapters. The DSA’s political agenda goes beyond an unholy alliance between Marxism and radical Islam. It is a wonder if any DSA anti-American haters could take an oath to “preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.” What we see and hear in their campaigns are proposals to eliminate the Senate, abolish the Electoral College, pack the Supreme Court, and rewrite the Constitution.

The end result is that not only are we in aState of Belligerence with China, but we are also in a State of Insurgency from the radical left enemies within our gates."

Iran Guards say seized unmanned US submarine drone in Hormuz

“The IRGC naval forces captured one of the most modern, unmanned, and smart submarines of the US terrorist army at the entrance to the Strait of Hormuz in a complex intelligence and operational action at dawn today,” the Guards said in a statement carried by state TV.

“This smart submarine is equipped with the latest technology in the subsurface field in the world, which was delivered to the US terrorist army fleet in 2025,” the statement added.

“This submarine has now been captured and images of it will be released in the coming hours.”

Iranian media reported that the unmanned underwater vehicle’s main capabilities included “subsurface reconnaissance and surveillance, seabed mapping, mine detection and inspection of submarine cables and pipelines.”

Lonnie Bunch Is Leaving the Smithsonian

Bunch’s exit will leave the Smithsonian, which is partially federally funded, with a vacuum at the top as it faces escalating efforts from the Trump administration to influence its work. Bunch, known to be diplomatic and evenhanded, had largely staved off the White House’s encroachment over a tumultuous 18 months in which the Trump administration issued executive orders and memos criticizing the museums and threatened to withhold funding. Most recently,President Trump signed an executive order calling for signage to be added to the exterior of the National Museum of American History warning about what the administration believes is an inaccurate and partisan telling of history.
