there are multiple public notices and promotions for a protest against the DSA in NYC this evening.
It is scheduled for 6 PM today (September 8, 2026) near the NYC-DSA headquarters in Lower Manhattan, at the corner of Essex Street and Straus Square (also described as Seward Park in Downtown Manhattan). Organizers are calling it the “Unite Against Terror Rally.”
It is organized by EndJewHatred and the Lawfare Project. Promoters frame it as a protest against what they describe as the DSA’s antisemitic, anti-American, and extremist positions (including alleged ties to or legitimization of Hamas-related messaging). Planned speakers include 9/11 victims’ family members, Muslim activist Anila Ali, and Catholic League president Bill Donohue. Attendees have been encouraged to bring American flags.
