Interesting. Exactly why I do not ride the rides at fairs. Preventative Maintenance is the first thing to go when cutting costs.
Maintaining one's health, physical and psychological is of the persons responsibility. Much like maintaining the breaks on your car. If a person neglects to maintaine their breaks, and crashes through a crowd of people, is it an accident?
