21 Air Flight 7598, a Boeing 767-300AER (BDSF) registered N1997A, overran the runway 30 after landing at Miami International Airport (MIA/KMIA), Miami, Florida, USA. The plane was destroyed by the collision with ground objects and a post-crash fire. Five people were killed on the ground and five were injured.
