Think large differential voltages between two capacitive plates.
Consider the universe/macro-verse/quantum-verse defined as a combination of collapsed and un-collapsed fields of potentialities.
How would the two plates of a capacitor interface differently with that field, if a large voltage delta existed between the two plates. +1,000,000 volts. (Don't think inductive coupling, think electrostatic coupling.)
Now, consider pulse width modulating that voltage.
Break those plates up into fractals, with a spoke like symmetry,….and vary the pulse width of each fractal, at a relatively high modulating frequency.
