I don't do Reddit Q I'm not even sure what I'm supposed to read when I get to the page you referenced.

I did read H.R.5181 - Countering Foreign Propaganda and Disinformation Act of 2016 and understand that it was perverted and used against those it is supposed to protect.

So what now, I'm supposed to fuck off back to reddit? Not from there, never been there, do not understand it.
