FOR THE KEKS

sorry to destroy the fantasy

but at this point in history

a satellite based ionospheric heater is a technological impossibility

the earth is bigger than most fuckwits who read RRN can comprehend, including MB

to have a measurable impact on even a localized phenomenon like a tropical depression

requires an ENORMOUS amount of power

an ionospheric heater comparable to the HAARP installation in alaska needs about 1 gigawatt of power

At one AU – which is the distance of the orbit of the Earth, the Sun emits 1400 J/sec per square meter

the best photoelectric panels available are less than 40% efficient

so they would be able to convert about 560 J/sec per square meter, MAXIMUM

to get the requisite gigawatt of power for a microwave heater to "nullify" a hurricane

the solar panels would have to cover 1.8 MILLION square meters

which would be a square surface greater than 1.3 KILOMETERS along each edge

forgetting the other insurmountable technological issues

the sheer weight of the panels would be impossible for a rocket to place in orbit

it would require tens of thousands of rocket launches

to orbit enough solar panels to construct one single satellite HAARP
