the liberals always hold out on reporting the last few precincts of the liberal stronghold until after all the conservative precincts report in… so they know how many votes to add in to finish it off. you can see this by the % of votes percentage, in most cases, it creeps towards the middle. But in these cases, their "victory" widens at the last minute.
