Canada is the pound-for-pound King, let's all be honest.
The whole Commonwealth countries is a Legacy thing at this point but we all just leave it there for the right time to deal with it so History writes it well. It kind of keeps us from killing each other to a degree too but we're in a time for new Kings and leaders.
