The Pedo Marxist claims that requiring proof of identification violates the "unreasonable search and seizure" clause of the 4th Amendment.
They do this because they know it would decimate their illegal voting scam, countrywide.
Requesting identification does not automatically violate the Fourth Amendment. Under U.S. constitutional law, whether the police can legally demand your ID depends entirely on the context of the encounter and whether you are being lawfully detained.

The "police" are not requesting the I.D. "The People" are requesting reasonable proof of identification based on the totality of the facts/fact patterns.
1)- Clear evidence that the Marxists have used fraudulent voting schemes to sway elections.
2)- 340,000 affidavits filed by "The People" of the State of California, swearing they had been told they had already voted by mail, when they hadn't.
3)- 275,000 affadavits filed by "The People" of the State of New York, swearing they had been told they had already voted by mail when they hadn't.
4)- 230,000 affidavits filed by "The People" of the State of Illinois swearing they had been told they had been told they had already voted by mail, when they hadn't.
The fact pattern goes on and on.

Numerous precedents have been set dating back to 1803 regarding what constitutes reasonable vs unreasonable searches.
You can see now, the ultimate goal of the Marxist wasn't actually the "Protection of The People's Rights", but was to masquerade as "Muh Soverign Citizen" to give what he THOUGHT, was an air of validity and concern to his doublespeak/duplicitous attempt to continue violating "We the People's" rights via the fraudulent voting scheme his fellow operative's are executing against "The People".
