I call bullshit.
>Violate the peoples 4th amendment right not to ID in order to exercise their right to voteโฆ ie deprivation of rights under color of law
Fixed
Yes
Government doesn't get to violate the constitution and rights of millions of Americans because they let in foreigners to create this "problem".
YOU and those like you are enemies of the American people, our rights, and constitution.
Ah good old projection.
Under the law, law enforcement cannot demand your ID unless they have reasonable articulable suspicion you personally are involved in criminal activity, based on objective observations, known facts, and a totality of circumstances.
So unless you have reasonable articulable suspicion I personally am illegally voting, you can't demand my ID to exercise my right to vote.
That's called conspiracy against rights and deprivation of rights under color of law.
That happened in 2025.
The people can not deprive rights under color of ANY law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom.
It doesn't matter if every citizen in the United States votes to violate one persons rightsโฆ that is illegal under US law.
Try again dumbass.
Biblical hailstorm's comingโฆ ICE falls.
"Man detained in Hyundai ICE raid files claim against US Government"
"They choked, manhandled, and humiliated him at gunpoint before placing him under arrest, even though he was not resisting or attempting to flee. During the assault, the ICE officer commented about 'f***ing Latinos' and pressed on Mr. Fajardo's body with so much force he involuntarily urinated," the spokesperson said.
Fajardo reportedly showed officers documentation of his immigration status and work permit, but was transported to an ICE processing center in Folkston, Ga. From there, he was detained for over seven months before he was transferred to a correctional center in Louisiana.
He was then deported in May 2026, eight months after the raid and his detention. Fajardo claimed he was denied a phone call for his first 11 days in detention and "suffered from medical neglect."

KMAO
Are you under the mistaken impression our rights are subject to the courts interpretation?
Let me guess, you believed the lie that government gets to "weigh government interest" against the peoples rights government is constitutionally forbidden from infringing upon?
I bet you believed the Supreme Court when they told you Qualified Immunity was lawful in spite of the 7th amendment too huh?
Notice your false narrative NEEDS to project "Marxist" and "sovereign citizen" on those who stand for the constitution and the peoples rights?
Unless you have REASONABLE ARTICULABLE SUSPICION I personally am voting illegally, you can not lawfully demand my ID to exercise my right to vote.
Oh boo hoo I'm calling out governments crimes. Cry more.
Yes it is. I don't have to show my ID to government unless they have reasonable articulable suspicion I personally am involved in criminal activity.
Do you think government decides what our rights are?
More projection.
When projection is all you've got. KMAO
I'm right where I need to be.
Let me know when you've got an actual argument rather than projecting nonsense.
If the whole world bows to a king should the US ignore the peoples rights and do so as well?
