Is the Supreme Court Afraid of Liberal Anger and Acting Out?

Alito makes a good argument thatthe states with the complicity of the courts were responsible for the time delay- which is the excuse Kavenaugh used to deny Trump and the Citizens of the United States of America the means to eliminate fraud and corruption in the mail in voting system.

Alito also points out that the parties don't have "standing". Ordinarily that would mean the parties should have been thrown out of the case immediately.

In response, Trump said that the Justices areAFRAIDof the militant liberals. "This Supreme Court is bullied and cajoled by the Radical Left into making decisions that have set America back at least a hundred years," he (Trump) continued.
