The European Union (EU) has announced plans to introduce mandatory age verification for social media and other online services.
On Thursday, the EU plans to unveil the EU KIDS Act, a new law requiring mandatory age verification for minors to access social media, artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots, video-sharing platforms, and online games. According to the new rules, children under the age of 13 would only be able to access online platforms through accounts controlled by their parents, while teens aged 13 to 15 would face restrictions on screen time and online interaction with strangers. The new law reportedly includes an exemption for “educational tools.” Once a child is aged 15 or older, they will be granted the ability to create and use their own accounts. Significantly, the requirements amount to a de facto requirement for social media users of all ages to submit their ID to prove they are not minors.
The new act means that tech companies operating in the EU will need to implement age verification systems. This is likely to spark backlash from online privacy campaigners, given that such systems require uploading photo ID or a face scan. The new measure also charges fees for EU regulatory oversight, which are likely to increase compliance costs for operating in EU member states. This represents a broader push by the EU to clamp down on digital freedom, following several similar laws, such as the Digital Services Act (DSA), which heavily censors online speech. Israel, Pfizer Knew COVID Vaccine Caused Fatal Heart Condition — But Waited Months Before Alerting Public
The authors of a peer-reviewed study published last week in EXCLI Journal concluded that Pfizer and Israel’s Ministry of Health knew in early 2021 about a significant “cardiac event” safety signal associated with Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine — but withheld the information from physicians and the public for several months. A significant number of Israeli government reports involving younger patients recorded the onset of “acute cardiac inflammation” within “days to weeks of vaccination.”
Pfizer and Israel’s Ministry of Health (MOH) knew in early 2021 about a significant “cardiac event” safety signal associated with Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine — but withheld the information from physicians and the public for several months, a new peer-reviewed study has found.
The authors of the study, published last week in EXCLI Journal, reviewed an MOH dataset containing 531 hospitalization records dating from March 2021 — just months after the rollout of the mRNA Pfizer-BioNTech shot — to May 2022.
The records included 67 deaths, including nine in patients under age 50. Two of the nine deaths were attributed to myocarditis, which can lead to cardiac arrhythmia and death.
Myocarditis was recorded in 71.6% of the hospitalization records involving patients under 30. Nearly two-thirds of those patients “had no meaningful medical history” before their diagnosis.
The deaths and injuries were reported to Israel’s MOH and to Pfizer. Yet, public health authorities in Israel, the U.S. and elsewhere downplayed the safety signal, reporting it “only after a delay of approximately three to four months.”
Even then, health authorities described most cases as “rare” or “mild” — and of less concern than the risk COVID-19 posed.
Karl Jablonowski, Ph.D., senior research scientist for Children’s Health Defense (CHD), said none of the myocarditis deaths are found in the U.S. government’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), even though Pfizer was obligated to report the deaths to VAERS.
“The bereaved and the injured are owed an answer,” Jablonowski said.
Steve Kirsch, founder of the Vaccine Safety Research Foundation, said the study’s findings are significant because they are based on “internal government data” instead of data from vaccine makers or from publicly available databases.
Kirsch said the data show that Israel’s MOH “was clearly more interested in protecting the manufacturers than the public.”
Dr. Jane Orient, executive director of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, said the findings reflect a trend across multiple countries, in which public health authorities and Big Pharma hid the risks of the COVID-19 shots.
“I don’t think Israel is an outlier. Pharmaceutical companies, public health authorities, organized medicine, and academics worldwide have performed shamefully and betrayed our trust,” Orient said.
‘Generally short intervals’ between vaccination and injuries, deaths
The study presents a breakdown of the 531 hospitalization records and 67 death records in the Israeli MOH data, noting that these cases involved a significant number of younger patients. These cases were reported to Pfizer in 2021 and 2022.
“Reported events spanned cardiac, neurological, inflammatory, and other serious clinical categories and involved a substantial proportion of younger individuals, with 211 of 530 hospitalization records with valid age data (39.8 %) involving patients under 30 years of age,” the study states.
Other key findings from the study include:
The two myocarditis-related deaths in people under 50 involved a 22-year-old woman and a 47-year-old man.
An additional death of a younger adult — a 35-year-old man — was also identified. His record indicated “worsening heart failure” but did not mention myocarditis.
Μyocarditis or pericarditis was identified in 250 of 531 hospitalization records (47.1%) and in 151 of 211 records (71.6%) of patients under 30.
48 patients under 18 were diagnosed with myocarditis or pericarditis.
134 of the 211 patients under 30 had “no meaningful medical history,” of which 99 of 134 were diagnosed with myocarditis and pericarditis — most of whom were male (90 out of the 99, or 90.9%).

Data Center Spilled 5,000 Gallons Of Diesel Fuel Into River Tributary
A New Jersey data center spilled roughly a small tanker truck’s worth of diesel fuel into a nearby creek Friday.
An estimated 5,000 gallons of No. 2 diesel fuel discharged from a storage tank at an Equinix data center in Secaucus, New Jersey, Friday, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) told the Daily Caller News Foundation.
The spill has been contained, and DEP said it does not yet know how much of the discharged fuel entered nearby Anderson Creek, a small tributary of the Hackensack River. The agency told the DCNF the spill has not impacted the Hackensack River, no wildlife impacts have been reported and there are no drinking water intakes in the area.
Bill Sheehan, executive director of Hackensack Riverkeeper, said he was told a computer glitch caused the spill, according to CBS News New York.
“The computer was calling for oil,” Sheehan told the outlet.
At current New Jersey retail prices, 5,000 gallons of diesel would be worth roughly $31,000, based on American Automobile Association (AAA) fuel-price data.
Cleanup is being performed by a contractor for Equinix, and crews are expected to remain at the site for several days, DEP told the DCNF. The agency said it did not have information on potential enforcement actions at this time.
Equinix said it detected the leak Friday evening and hired environmental services company Clean Harbors to conduct remediation work. The company plans to investigate the spill and said it is committed to resolving the situation quickly.
“On the evening of Friday, September 11, Equinix operations detected a fuel leak from a storage tank outside our NY2 facility in Secaucus, NJ. The leak was stopped and we immediately engaged Clean Harbors to begin remediation efforts. We also contacted the Secaucus Fire Department, who responded promptly and subsequently notified the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) and Hudson Regional Health Commission,” an Equinix spokesperson told the DCNF.

A Russian drone struck a train at Yahodyn station on Sept. 13, near the Dorohusk crossing into Poland. Former CIA Director David Petraeus was aboard a separate train at the station when the drone hit, according to Ukrainian state rail operator Ukrzaliznytsia and Associated Press reporting.
The strike followed a Kyiv security conference that brought the same familiar foreign-policy class into Ukraine: Petraeus, former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, former Swedish Prime Minister Carl Bildt, and security advisers from several European states.
A diplomatic train carrying Johnson, Bildt, and the advisers had left Yahodyn early. Ukrzaliznytsia said it was “highly probable” the Russian drone had intended to hit that train.
Petraeus’s train remained at the station. No casualties were reported, but rail passengers evacuated before the strike destroyed the locomotive.
The station lies on the Kyiv-Warsaw route, near the Ukraine-Poland frontier. A drone also hit a truck less than a mile from Polish territory, temporarily closing the crossing.
The Guardian reported that Russian officials called the western Ukrainian rail network a route for European military cargo. The diplomatic delegation’s escape and Petraeus’s presence show how close Washington’s former intelligence leadership and Europe’s Ukraine operation now sit to the war’s front-line consequences.

French Police Witnessed ‘Assisting’ Illegal Migrants Cross English Channel by Australian Newspaper
A top Australian newspaper has claimed to have seen French authorities aiding illegal migrants in making their way on people-smuggler-operated small boats to the United Kingdom.
Despite London committing to pay over a billion pounds sterling to Paris in exchange for clamping down on the human trafficking gangs and the boat migrant trade that operates along the French coastline, The Australian newspaper has reported to have “witnessed French police stand by – and even assist – as 650 migrants crossed the English Channel in a single day.”
London-based Europe Correspondent for the paper, Jacquelin Magnay, said that French police officers “actively assisted in pointing out the best areas for the dinghy to come in closer to shore where it’s shallower and that the migrants might find it easier to get on board.”
When pressed on why they don’t intervene and prevent the migrant boats from setting sail in the English Channel, such as by slashing the rubber boats, the French police told the paper that “it’s complicated”.
The police claimed that doing so may endanger the lives of the illegal migrants, despite the fact that the migrants are picked up by the boats in little more than waist-high water.
The Australian report said that French railway officials “turn a blind eye to the fare-dodging” migrants as they head to predetermined locations on the coast, while “police ensure there is no interruption to their journey.”
Additionally, the paper said that the European Border Force Frontex and Spain’s civil guard were also seen operating along the coast, while also refusing to prevent the illegals from setting off towards Britain.

Rep. Thomas Massie Introduces Resolution To Impeach Pete Hegseth Over Iran War, Civilian Casualties

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) on Tuesday introduced a resolution to impeach Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, referred to by the Trump administration as the Secretary of War, for “high crimes and misdemeanors” over the war with Iran and other unauthorized conflicts, military operations, and large numbers of civilian casualties that he has overseen.
Massie unveiled eight articles of impeachment against Hegseth, which he read on the House floor, and a vote is expected Thursday. Among the charges, Massie said that Hegseth is in violation of the 1973 War Powers Act by continuing the war with Iran without congressional authorization, which is outlined in the first three articles of impeachment.
“By engaging in hostilities in Iran for more than 90 days without congressional authorization, Secretary Hegseth is breaking the law and must be held accountable,” Massie said in a press release on the impeachment effort.
“Secretary Hegseth’s constitutional violations extend beyond the illegal war in Iran. He is abusing the power of his office to ignore congressional war powers resolutions, to kidnap foreign leaders, and to intimidate critics of the Trump administration by retaliating against them for exercising free speech. If we are to remain true to our oath to ‘support and defend the Constitution of the United States,’ Congress must not turn a blind eye to Secretary Hegseth’s unconstitutional and illegal actions,” Massie added.
Article IV details how Hegseth has ignored US laws meant to minimize civilian casualties, and references the February 28 US strike on the Shajareh Tayyebeh Elementary School in Minab, southern Iran, which killed at least 156 civilians, including 120 children.
“The elementary school was struck after Secretary Hegseth sought to repeal congressionally mandated civilian-protection requirements, dismantled the Department’s civilian-harm mitigation infrastructure, removed the senior-most Judge Advocates General responsible for independent legal oversight, stripped civilian protection from the National Defense Strategy, and publicly denigrated legal restraints on military force as obstacles to ‘maximum lethality,'” the resolution reads.
Article V, titled “Extrajudicial Killings,” details Hegseth’s role in overseeing the bombing campaign against alleged drug-running boats in the Caribbean Sea and the Eastern Pacific Ocean, which has killed more than 200 people since it began last year.
“By subjecting persons merely suspected of criminal conduct to lethal military force without judicial process, without Congressional authorization, and without establishing a lawful basis for treating such persons or vessels as military targets, Secretary Hegseth arrogated to himself and the Executive Branch the roles of judge, jury, and executioner and asserted a unilateral power to determine who may live and who may die,” the resolution reads.
Article VI addresses Hegseth’s efforts to chill the constitutionally protected speech of Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ), who faced retaliation from Hegseth after releasing a video telling members of the US military that they can “refuse illegal orders.”
Article VII, titled “Kidnapping of a Sovereign Foreign Leader,” deals with the US attack on Venezuela to abduct Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores. The resolution describes the attack as “an act of war against a sovereign country executed under the guise of narcotics law enforcement, though in actuality intended to assert US control over Venezuela’s oil reserves.”
The final article addresses the US’s bombing campaign in Yemen that began on March 15, 2025, and concluded on May 6 of that year. The resolution states that the “unlawful war in Yemen” violated the Constitution and the War Powers Act since it wasn’t authorized by Congress, and there was no imminent threat facing the US or its forces, which was made clear by a leaked Signal chat that showed discussions between Hegseth and other senior US officials.
In the chat, Hegseth himself said that he could “easily pause” the plans to strike Yemen before the bombing campaign began. “Thus, Secretary Hegseth knew there was no imminent threat to the United States, its territories or possessions, or its Armed Forces,” the resolution states.

A whistleblower has come forward alleging the CIA offered officials a significant amount of money to say that COVID did not come out of the lab in Wuhan.

New Houthi Footage Shows Attacks on Convoys of Saudi-Backed Forces in Al-Jawf
Yemen’s Houthis (Ansar Allah) released new footage on September 15 showing what they described as attacks on Saudi-backed government forces in the northern province of al-Jawf, as fighting continues on multiple fronts following the group’s rapid gains along Yemen’s western coast.
The footage, published by the Houthi-run Al-Masirah TV, shows military vehicles of Saudi-backed forces coming under attack in desert terrain, with several shown burning or damaged.
A Houthi military source said losses among the Saudi-backed forces over the previous four days had reached about 275 people killed, wounded or captured. The source also claimed that 85 military vehicles had been burned or disabled and that seven Saudi-operated drones of various types had been shot down.
The clashes in al-Jawf are part of a broader escalation that began earlier this month, when Saudi-backed Yemeni forces launched operations against Houthi positions in several areas of the province. Government-aligned forces reported capturing positions and disrupting Houthi supply lines, while the Houthis said they had repelled the attacks.
The fighting has unfolded alongside a major Houthi offensive along Yemen’s western coast. Since September 3, the group has rapidly overrun positions in Taiz and Hodeidah provinces, captured the Red Sea port of Mokha and advanced toward Dhubab and the Bab el-Mandeb Strait. The Houthis have also taken control of Perim, or Mayun, a strategically located island inside the strait.
The advance has brought the Houthis closer to one of the world’s most important maritime chokepoints and represents the group’s most significant territorial gain since the 2022 ceasefire halted large-scale fighting.
The new al-Jawf footage highlights that the escalation extends well beyond the western coastal battlefield, where the Houthis have made their most significant recent territorial gains.

Ed Sheeran’s stadium tour has spectacularly imploded, as all his support acts and even his own backing band quit days before his next show.
Pop star Ed Sheeran has issued a statement about Macklemore being axed as the opening act of his US tour after the rapper delivered a “Free Palestine” speech at some of the recent shows.
Sheeran’s statement comes as all of Sheeran’s remaining support acts for the tour have today publicly announced they’ve quit, with one saying he would “lose all respect” for himself if he stayed on. Sheeran’s own band for the tour have also quit, leaving the remaining 10 dates of the US stadium outing in peril, just days out from his next scheduled show.
Macklemore’s pro-Palestine stage protest was met with controversy from some quarters, including from singer Pink, who issued a lengthy statement over the weekend detailing her issues with Macklemore’s actions.
The rapper responded in kind yesterday, releasing a statement of his own saying that, while Sheeran had been a close friend for 13 years, they had had some “difficult conversations this past week” before he was pulled from the tour.
Ed was in a f**ked up position. He knew it. His typical apolitical stance was being challenged in a way it never had been before,” Macklemore wrote.
Sheeran has today issued a statement distancing himself from the decision to axe Macklemore from the tour and instead putting the blame on promoters and venue managers.
“Macklemore coming off tour was the promoter’s decision, it was not mine. Macklemore’s contract for the tour was with the promoter, not me,” Sheeran wrote. He also noted that Macklemore had “asked to join the tour.”
“I am not complicit. I have my personal views on this devastating conflict. Just because I choose not to speak publicly, it doesn’t mean I don’t have them, and it doesn’t mean I don’t care. Nor does it mean I don’t support causes in my own, personal way,” Sheeran wrote.
