North campus for OSU is in Franklin County. The majority outside of Comeblowus is RED.
They either gerrymandered that damn district to keep the college kids from swinging it all blue or from keeping the counties all red. I'm leaning toward the latter. Lots of blue cities with the counties all read like most states.

FRANKLIN COUNTY IS BLUE WITH THE UNIVERSITY. I've been saying this on repeat. It's a densely populated part of the district.
