Yet $25 billion since 2019, doesn't make sense if they are only spending $116m per year; so that is only $812k since 2019; where is the other $24 billion dollars going? $25b / 7 = $3,571,428,571 per year not $116m. $3.5 billion / 300k students = $11,904.76 per child not $386; where is the other $11.6k dollars going?
