Yes. Anon dig some digging to day also. He had sauce to show as of April, no funds had been used and in fact Potus had not nominated anyone to chair the cmte. Several had resigned as well.
Here's my question that no one has been able to answer.
Why did Q point out that bill and associate it with the recent silencing of alt media?
Will save you some time. No funds have been used and Potus has not nominated anyone to chair it. So, it is being left to just die a silent death.

I don't believe it has ever been brought up in the past. I know it was never a major dig.
That's a really good point about using it as proof BHO was trying to weaponize the media. However, that bill only relates to foreign entities. How that relates to AJ and other alt right media is confusing to me. I just don't see how that bill can be used for the way Q pointed it out. IF any of the money had been used, it could only be used on foreign agents. At least that's the way I read the bill.
We don't really need that bill to show and prove how the MSM has been weaponized. They shown the proof themselves for the last 3 yrs.

That's ok anon. It gets confusing not knowing whether Q is talking to us or others. It has just been on my mind and wondered what other anons thought about it.
