Ok so we understand the document, but what I don't understand is the last line.

Is this a hint that because they are relying on the fact that they take the house to impeach Trump, that we can read this to mean that something will definitely happen before the election? I mean, can Trump really afford to take the chance, no matter how slight, that they would get control of the house. All investigations would end. They would start to impeach.

Or is he laying a trap. Let them win house, try to impeach then spring Huber. I am really confused about this part of the plan. Hoping another Anon has a clearer 40k view and can explain it to me.
