TI Travel is Being Blocked & Restricted

Many Targeted Individuals have started noticing that their cell phone’s access to airline websites - is being restricted. At Targeted Action 2026 this week, a number of attendees found that Southwest Airlines (southwest.com), Jet Blue (JetBlue.com), and even Expedia.com are being slowed or blocked.

Testing other websites demonstrated that it was not an internet connection issue. Speedtest.net demonstrated it was not a broadband or throttling issue. It was only noticeable on travel sites.

Southwest.com completely locked up - no response. JetBlue.com - no access whatsoever.

Expedia showed a spinning clock for many minutes. Other non-travel websites worked fine.

This problem was visible on multiple smartphones at the same time. The problem then replicated on a laptop - this cannot be mere coincidence.

/

Who are the usual suspects? TSA, DHS, CISA, and NSA.

Could this be preparation for restricting all travel for Targeted Individuals? We don’t know.

Targeted Justice recommends that you try the airline 800 number. Oddly, Southwest now demands that you enter your birthday, just to access Customer Service on their 800 number. Very strange…

Brain Implants

There are three major manufacturers with Puerto Rico facilities tied directly to deep-brain stimulation (DBS) or implanted neurostimulation systems. I would not call all of these “brain chips” in a technical document—the more precise terms are implantable neurostimulator, implantable pulse generator, DBS lead, and brain-sensing neurostimulator.

Manufacturer Puerto Rico operationBrain/neural implant products documented by FDAMedtronic, Inc. / Medtronic Puerto Rico Operations Co.Juncos and Villalba, Puerto RicoActiva DBS, Percept PC BrainSense, Percept RC BrainSense, SenSight, DBS extensions and related implanted neurostimulation components. FDA currently registers the Juncos facility specifically as a manufacturer of implanted brain stimulators and DBS systems. (FDA Access Data)

Abbott Medical / St. Jude Medical–Puerto RicoArecibo, Puerto RicoInfinity Deep Brain Stimulation System, including implantable pulse generators, DBS leads/extensions and associated neuromodulation components. FDA specifically approved the Arecibo St. Jude/Abbott facility for manufacture and sterilization of the Infinity neurostimulation system. (FDA Access Data)Boston Scientific / Boston Scientific NeuromodulationDorado, Puerto RicoDeep Brain Stimulation products, including its Vercise family and associated neuromodulation products. In July 2026 FDA approved a manufacturing change specifically identifying Boston Scientific’s Dorado, Puerto Rico facility for manufacture of DBS and spinal-cord-stimulation products. 1. Medtronic — particularly relevant to brain recording

Medtronic is especially important if you’re investigating a device capable of both stimulation and recording brain electrical activity. Its Percept PC with BrainSense system is not merely a stimulator; BrainSense technology can sense/record certain brain signals through DBS electrodes. FDA’s current Puerto Rico establishment records list Percept PC BrainSense, Percept RC BrainSense, Activa, SenSight and other DBS components under Medtronic’s Puerto Rico manufacturing operations. (FDA Access Data)

FDA records identify:

Medtronic Puerto Rico Operations Co. — Juncos

Juncos, Puerto Rico 00777

FDA Establishment No. 3004209178

and

Medtronic Puerto Rico Operations Co. — Villalba

Road 149, Km 56.3

Villalba, Puerto Rico

FDA Establishment No. 2649622. (FDA Access Data)

2. Abbott / St. Jude Medical — Arecibo

Abbott acquired St. Jude Medical, so records can appear under Abbott Medical, St. Jude Medical, or St. Jude Medical–Neuromodulation.

The relevant Puerto Rico facility is:

St. Jude Medical–Puerto Rico / Abbott

Santana Industrial Park

Lot A Interior No. 2

State Road 2, Km 67.5

Arecibo, Puerto Rico

FDA expressly identifies this facility as manufacturing and sterilizing Abbott’s Infinity neurostimulation system. The Infinity system is an implanted DBS system used with electrodes placed in the brain. (FDA Access Data)

3. Boston Scientific — Dorado

FDA records now expressly identify:

Boston Scientific — Dorado, Puerto Rico

as a manufacturing location for Boston Scientific Neuromodulation deep-brain-stimulation products. FDA’s July 10, 2026 approval describes manufacturing of both Spinal Cord Stimulator and Deep Brain Stimulation products at the Dorado facility. (FDA Access Data)

Boston Scientific’s DBS family includes Vercise/Vercise Genus systems; FDA adverse-event records classify those as implanted electrical brain stimulators. (FDA Access Data)
