Moshe Yedidya Leiter,, son of Israel's ambassador to the US, was killed on November 10, 2023, in Beit Hanoun, northern Gaza, by a booby-trapped tunnel of Al-Qassam Brigades, along with 3 other Israeli soldiers. Today, the ambassador's other son, Neria, is in critical condition after he was rammed by a Palestinian in the West Bank.
The Israeli Ambassador to the US Yechiel Leiter is on his way back to Israel, he posted on X:
“I believe in the power of prayer, and I believe that when the people of Israel unite, miracles happen. Neria needs a miracle.”
