Judge Delays Comey’s Trump Assassination Threat Case Until 2027
Last week, embattled former FBI Director James Comey asked the court for a 4-month delay of the trial scheduled for next month in the Trump assassination threat case – and the judge granted his request.
A federal judge on Friday delayed James Comey’s Trump assassination threat case until early 2027.
The Justice Department did not oppose Comey’s request.

The seashells-based prosecution of former FBI Director James Comey has been delayed until early 2027, as a judge makes her way through a number of pending motions, including a request by Comey to dismiss the case on grounds that it was driven by President Donald Trump’s animus.
U.S. District Judge Louise Flanagan declined to set a trial date in the case against Comey, in which prosecutors say that a photo he posted on Instagram of seashells arranged to spell out “8647” amounted to a threat against the president. The term “86” is widely considered to be restaurant slang for running out of or canceling an item, and 47 is thought to be a reference to the 47th president.
Comey, who has not entered a plea yet in the case, had been set to be arraigned Wednesday at a federal courthouse in New Bern, North Carolina, but Flanagan pushed the arraignment until January.
Comey’s team had asked to delay the case.
Earlier this year, a grand jury from the Eastern District of North Carolina indicted Comey on two felony counts:
COUNT ONE: Knowingly and willfully make a threat to take the life of, and to inflict bodily harm upon, the President of the United States;
COUNT TWO: knowingly and willfully did transmit in interstate and foreign commerce a communication that contained a threat to kill the President, Donald J. Trump

Zelensky Says Trump Decided To License Ukraine To Produce Patriot Interceptor Missiles
Once again, the ‘Patriot licenses’ hit the headlines.
Once again, Kiev regime leader Volodymyr Zelensky announces that US president Donald J. Trump will license Ukraine to produce Patriot interceptor missiles ‘domestically’.
This time, Zelensky guarantees, the decision is ‘final’.
Let’s suppose for a moment, for the sake of argument, that we believe in Zelensky: a series of questions arises.
In the foot of a post made by his social media team, he says that Ukraine ‘will receive licenses to produce Patriot missiles’. Not ‘has received licenses.’
So, it’s something to happen in the unspecified future – maybe even only after the war ends.
Besides that, to build a factory that builds missiles is a super complex task that is likely to take years, even if everything runs without a hitch.
But realistically, how can Ukraine build this factory in the present state of affairs?
Ukraine has had all its ports disrupted for the last 60 days, the power generation and energy grid hang by a thread, logistics centers destroyed, its steel industry ‘is no more’ according to top CEO, and in the last few days, a multitude of internet providers ‘are leaving the chat’ with jet-propelled Geran drone strikes.
The factory would be repeatedly destroyed before it could put a single missile out.
Perhaps the missile factory would be built in a neighboring NATO country, a situation that could further complicate the war.
