He (and 6 other states) filed in Southern District of Texas, same Judge who presided over Texas v. United States (look up those antics) is presiding over Texas v. Nielsen.
That's a really stupid move on that Marine's part. As a member of the armed forces, he doesn't have the right to peaceably assemble. His opinion isn't protected speech. It reflects on the institution. Bad move.
