🚨 WHY DID JUAN O SAVIN INCLUDE THIS EMP VIDEO IN HIS LATEST SUBSTACK?

Something in Juan O Savin’s newest Substack immediately caught my attention. In addition to Juan’s own video,the Substack includes a SEPARATE video of an unidentified man holding up a printed Washington Examiner article: “Ted Cruz sees Iranian nuclear hit on US electric grid, ‘millions’ killed”

2/ The article was published June 17, 2025, but its subject suddenly deserves another look.

Sen. Ted Cruz was warning about a nuclear EMP attack against the U.S. electrical grid and the catastrophic secondary effects that could follow a prolonged nationwide blackout.

And today the U.S.-Iran conflict is still ongoing, even as negotiations continue.

That makes Juan’s choice to include this particular video especially interesting to me.

3/ The Washington Examiner article states that Iran is among the countries the Pentagon has regarded as potential EMP threats, along with Russia, China and North Korea. Cruz’s warning went beyond an ICBM.

He said: “They would not need an ICBM to do it…” He then described the possibility of delivering a nuclear weapon by ship/container, or placing one aboard a satellite and detonating it at altitude to produce an EMP capable of disrupting the electrical grid.

4/ And this is where the PREPARATION portion of that separate video becomes important.

A major EMP is not merely about losing your lights.

Federal planning documents acknowledge potential consequences involving:

• electrical power

• communications

• computers/electronics

• transportation

• water infrastructure

• other critical systems

CISA specifically treats high-altitude EMP as a national critical-infrastructure concern.

Preparing for an extended outage is therefore sensible regardless of what causes it.

5/ But there’s another piece that makes this much more interesting.

DHS documentation states that FEMA manages the Emergency Alert System specifically so the American public can be notified during a national emergency — including an impending EMP event.

It also says FEMA developed EMP-hardened Primary Entry Point communications facilities so the President can communicate with the nation during emergencies, including EMP scenarios.

So EMP + nationwide emergency communications is not an invented technical connection. It is part of federal preparedness planning.

6/ Now look back at the Q posts.

Q #2099 highlighted a nationwide Emergency Alert System test.

Q #2793: “Think EMERGENCY Alert System.”

Q #570 included: “RISK OF EMP SPACE ORIG”

Q #34 described a claimed future period involving:

• arrests

• temporary military control

• special operations

• direct emergency broadcasting to citizens

And Q #88 included:

“Ten days.”

“Darkness.”

“Martial law.”

“Military operations.”

These are historical Q claims. They do not by themselves prove that such an operation is occurring today.

7/ But that is exactly why I’m paying attention to Juan including this EMP video NOW.

The pattern I’m watching is:

EMP / GRID DISRUPTION

EAS / DIRECT COMMUNICATION TO THE PUBLIC

POSSIBLE EMERGENCY MILITARY MEASURES

Could a future crisis — possibly even what some would interpret as a false-flag event — provide the trigger?

That is the question. It is not presently established fact.

8/ Remember Q #34: “We will be initiating the EMERGENCY Broadcast System… in an effort to provide a direct message… to all citizens.”

And Q #88 specifically used the words:

“Martial law.”

When I put those old posts beside Juan’s decision to include a separate EMP-warning video today, I think it deserves attention.

Not because the connection has been proven — but because the pieces are worth watching together.

9/ And there is an important distinction here:

Juan himself is NOT the unidentified man making the EMP presentation.

The significance is that Juan’s Substack included that separate video alongside his own message.

I want to know why.

Why select a video in which a man prominently holds up an article warning about an Iranian nuclear EMP attack on America’s grid?

10/ Whatever ultimately happens, the practical message is simple:

PREPARE — DON’T PANIC.

Have:

• drinking water

• shelf-stable food

• medications

• flashlights/batteries

• battery/hand-crank radio

• backup power

• some cash

• a family communication plan

Federal agencies themselves plan for EMP and extended-power-loss scenarios.

Watch Iran. Watch the grid. Watch the EAS.

And most importantly:

watch what Juan is choosing to put in front of us.
